Lead Maintenance Excellence in a Growing Drilling BusinessEdge Drilling is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance, asset management, workshop, and inventory functions across our drilling operations.This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the General Manager and is responsible for ensuring our fleet of drilling rigs, support equipment, and assets are maintained to the highest standards of safety, reliability, quality, and operational performance.If you are a trade-qualified maintenance professional who thrives in a hands-on setting and enjoys building systems, improving asset performance, and leading teams, we want to hear from you.About the RoleAs Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all maintenance and asset management activities, ensuring equipment availability, workshop efficiency, compliance, and cost-effective operations.You will be responsible for:Managing preventative and corrective maintenance programs across drilling rigs, support equipment and mobile plantLeading workshop, maintenance and stores personnelDeveloping maintenance schedules and asset lifecycle plansManaging inventory, critical spares and procurement activitiesMonitoring equipment performance and reducing downtimeEnsuring compliance with OEM, statutory and client requirementsManaging maintenance budgets and cost-control initiativesProviding technical support and subject matter expertise to operations teamsMaintaining accurate plant, certification and maintenance recordsDriving continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and asset management functionsSafety & ComplianceAt Edge Drilling, safety is our highest priority.The successful candidate will:Promote and maintain a strong safety cultureEnsure compliance with HSEQ policies,
