The culture is phenomenal, with succession pathways and development for the ambitious.This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing estimating team within a business that offers scale, stability, career growth and the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of thousands of homes each year.Full Time | Derrimut Location | Immediate Start AvailableThe RoleAs a Sales Estimator, you will play a critical role in preparing accurate and timely sales estimates that support our customers' home-building journey from initial contract through to construction.Key responsibilities include:Preparing accurate sales estimates for tenders and contracts across a range of single and double-storey home designsObtaining quotations and pricing for customer variations and upgradesPreparing and presenting tender documentationReviewing plans,



engineering and supporting documentation to ensure estimate accuracyConducting quality assurance checks on all estimating documentationLiaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progressionIdentifying opportunities to improve estimating accuracy and efficiencySupporting customers and internal teams with technical and pricing queriesMaintaining a strong focus on accuracy, turnaround times and customer outcomesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Must have experience in a Sales Estimating role within the residential building industryStrong understanding of residential construction methods, terminology and costsSound knowledge of ResCode, the National Construction Code and Victorian building requirementsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, engineering plans and supporting documentationStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearlyA collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a high-performing team environmentExperience working in a volume home-building workplace will be highly regarded.Why Join Mirrastone?
