While we've grown, our family values haven't changed—we value loyalty, teamwork, and doing the job right.We're now looking for a motivated Accounts & Administration Officer to join our close-knit Accounts/Administration team, based at our Beresfield Head Office.This is ideally a full-time, on-site role, however, we also welcome applications from individuals looking for 25 to 30hours/week.About the RoleThis is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same.
You'll play a key role in supporting our operations through accurate processing.This is a high-volume transaction processing role where accuracy and timeliness are necessary.Your responsibilities will include:Business administration and accounts tasks includingdata entry of fuel delivery consignments into the ERP system,review of direct imported data to ensure accuracy,reconciliations to customer and internal data,and generation customer invoicesAccounts payable supportLiaising professionally with internal teams and external stakeholdersReception relief duties, including answering phones and greeting visitorsManaging multiple priorities and meeting deadlinesIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencyAbout YouYou're organised, detail-focused, and genuinely interested in administration and accounts.
