About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Stores & Laser Materials Coordinator to join our manufacturing team.
This role is responsible for managing and coordinating a broad range of laser cutting and fabrication materials, ensuring accurate stock control, timely supply to production and dispatch in a fast-paced environment.You will play a key role in supporting smooth production flow by ensuring materials are available when needed and properly managed through stores and inventory systems.3.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage inventory of laser cutting and fabrication materialsReceive, store,



and issue materials for production useCoordinate timely supply of materials to laser cutting and manufacturing operationsMaintain accurate stock records, cycle counts, and stock reconciliationsMonitor material usage, scrap, and returnsSupport job kitting and preparation of materials for production schedulesEnsure effective material flow between stores and production areasMaintain safe work practices when handling materialsCoordinate packing, freight and dispatching of completed products.4.
What We are Looking ForExperience in stores, dispatch, warehousing, inventory control, or materials coordination in a manufacturing environmentExperience and knowledge of a broad range of laser cutting and fabrication materials is essentialStrong understanding of stock control processes (receiving, issuing, cycle counts, reconciliation, dispatch)Ability to manage material flow to meet production demandsHigh attention to detail and accuracy with record keepingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage prioritiesGood communication and teamwork skillsCurrent forklift licence
