This is a full-time position based at our manufacturing facility, where you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of high-quality screens and windows.
This position is integral to our operations, ensuring that each product meets our exacting standards and customer expectations.
You will be working on-site at our Kempsey location, contributing directly to the success of our manufacturing operations.Key responsibilitiesMeasure, cut and assemble glass and aluminium components according to specifications and technical drawingsOperate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery used in screen and window productionPerform quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet company standards and customer requirementsInstall hardware, seals and weatherstripping in screens and windows with precision and attention to detailPrepare finished products for packaging and dispatch, ensuring they are protected from damageMaintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all timesCollaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlinesReport any equipment issues or defects to supervisors and assist with troubleshooting where requiredWhat we're looking forProven experience in screen manufacturing, window making or similar assembly and process work preferred.Strong practical skills with hand tools and power tools commonly used in manufacturing environmentsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings,
