Salary is based on experience; compensation package negotiable.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out scheduled servicing and general mechanical repairsDiagnosing mechanical,



electrical and vehicle system faultsCompleting repairs in line with manufacturer specifications and workshop proceduresFollowing manufacturer warranty, repair and documentation requirementsInspecting, repairing and replacing worn or faulty partsCompleting routine maintenance including oil changes, lubrication, adjustments and tune-upsCarrying out engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake and driveline repairsMaintaining accurate job notes, reports and repair documentationMaintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and workshop cleanlinessWorking with the workshop team to meet productivity and turnaround targetsAbout YouQualified Light Vehicle Technician / MechanicCertificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology or equivalentMinimum 2 years post-apprenticeship experience preferredDealership or manufacturer experience highly regarded, but not essentialStrong diagnostic and fault-finding abilityConfident working with both mechanical and electrical systemsHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipStrong time management and ability to work in a structured workshop environmentReliable team player with a positive attitudeCurrent open manual driver's licence essentialWhat We OfferFull-time position with a reputable family-owned dealership groupCompetitive salary package based on skills, experience and qualificationsOngoing manufacturer training and career developmentSupportive management and workshop leadershipPerformance bonus and incentive opportunitiesModern workshop environmentStaff discounts across vehicles, servicing, accessories and 4x4 productsEarly finishes every Friday to support better work-life balanceLong-term career opportunity within a growing automotive group
