With two permanent part-time roles and one casual opportunity, you'll play a key role in delivering person‐centred care that supports the physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing of our residents.You'll lead clinical assessments, develop individualised care plans, respond to changes in resident needs, and ensure protected, evidence‐based practice.
