We're looking for a hands-on Product Technician to join our Manufacturing team in Kewdale, where you'll assemble industry-leading products that are used by customers around the world.If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in producing high-quality work, and are looking for a long-term career with opportunities to develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleReporting to the Production Manager, you'll be responsible for assembling electronic products, wiring harnesses, and sub-assemblies while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Working from production drawings and work instructions, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative technology to our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble electronic components, products, and sub-assemblies to specificationRead and interpret work orders, production drawings, and assembly instructionsUse hand and power tools to crimp, solder, rivet, bolt, screw, and secure componentsAssemble and install electronic components, wiring, connectors, and harnessesManufacture wiring looms and cable harnesses, including terminating connectorsComplete assembly processes including bonding, encapsulating, curing, cleaning, and finishingInstall completed assemblies into enclosures and fit associated hardwarePerform quality checks and adjustments to meet electrical and dimensional requirementsSafely perform manual handling tasks and maintain a clean,



organized workspaceSupport the Production team with other duties as requiredAbout YouYou'll be someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in delivering quality products.
Ideally, you'll have:Experience in electronic, electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing assemblyConfidence using hand and power toolsSoldering and wiring experience (highly regarded)The ability to read assembly drawings or work instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityA positive attitude and willingness to learnA strong focus on workplace safetyThe physical capability to safely perform manual handling and lifting throughout the dayWhy Join RCT?
