We're looking for an experienced AV Field Service Technician who enjoys solving technical problems and delivering exceptional support to clients.This is a full-time role based in Brisbane, with some travel across Queensland and interstate.
You'll join a skilled Technical Services team supporting high-quality AV systems across corporate, government, education and community environments.If you're confident troubleshooting integrated AV systems, enjoy working directly with clients and take pride in getting technology back up and running, we want to hear from you.About the RoleYou'll provide on-site and remote technical support for integrated AV, video conferencing and collaboration systems.Working across a range of client sites, you'll respond to service requests, diagnose faults, complete repairs and preventative maintenance, and ensure systems continue to perform reliably.
You'll also maintain clear service records, communicate technical information in a practical way and build strong, long-term relationships with our clients.This role suits a customer-focused technician who is confident working independently in the field, stays calm under pressure and takes ownership of resolving issues from start to finish.What You'll DoRespond to service requests and provide in office and remote technical supportTroubleshoot, diagnose and resolve faults across integrated AV systemsSupport presentation, video conferencing, control and networked AV technologyComplete preventative maintenance, repairs and equipment replacementsInterpret AV schematics, system documentation and signal flowMaintain accurate service records,



reports and equipment registersKeep clients informed and build strong working relationshipsIdentify recurring issues and recommend system or process improvementsWork collaboratively with technical teams while meeting safety and service standardsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in AV or a similar IT field service environmentConfidence supporting integrated AV, audio, video conferencing and control systemsA solid understanding of AV signal flow, fault-finding and network infrastructureClear communication skills with both technical and non-technical clientsStrong organisation skills and the ability to manage your own workloadA willingness to take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolutionA current driver's licence and commitmentto ongoing professional developmentCertifications in Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron or AVIXA CTS would be an advantageWhy Videopro?
