We are committed to deliveringhigh-quality products, competitive pricing and excellent customer service to our growingDue to continued business growth and future expansion plan, we are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operation of the retail store to ensure efficient workflow, appropriatestaffing levels and a consistently high standard of customer service.Determine the range of fresh produce, grocery items and specialty products to be stocked, taking into account seasonal availability, customer demand, market trends and salesperformance.Monitor inventory levels, arrange stock replenishment, coordinate deliveries withsuppliers, and ensure the freshness, quality and effective stock rotation of perishableproducts while minimising stock loss and wastage.Negotiate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing and delivery schedules toensure adequate stock and competitive retail pricing.Develop pricing strategies and coordinate promotional activities, including seasonalspecials, in-store displays and marketing initiatives to increase sales.Maintain accurate records of stock movements,



purchasing activities, sales performanceand other operational data.Prepare and monitor store budgets, review operating expenses and sales results, andrecommend measures to improve profitability.Recruit, train, supervise and roster retail staff, monitor staff performance and ensurecustomer service standards are consistently maintained.Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints relating to products and services in atimely and qualified manner.Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety requirements, food safety standards andcompany policies, including the safe handling and storage of fresh produce.Coordinate merchandising and product displays to optimise product presentation,enhance the customer shopping experience and maximise sales opportunities.Identify opportunities to improve retail operations and implement business initiativesthat enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and overall businessperformanceSkills and ExperienceA relevant qualification in Business, Retail Management or a related discipline, orequivalent relevant industry experience, will be highly regarded.At least one year of recent experience in a retail management or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and merchandising.Experience in staff supervision, rostering and team leadership.Sound communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
