As a Showroom Sales representative, you will be the face of BRADNAMS WINDOWS & DOORS, showcasing our premium product range to customers and converting enquiries into successful sales.
This role is essential to our business growth and profitability, as you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience whilst achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our showroom.What you'll be doingGreeting customers warmly and professionally, assessing their needs and providing expert product recommendationsDemonstrating windows and doors products, highlighting key features, benefits and technical specificationsPreparing detailed quotations and sales proposals tailored to customer requirementsNegotiating pricing and terms to close sales whilst maintaining healthy profit marginsBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referralsProcessing orders accurately and ensuring smooth handover to the installation teamMaintaining detailed customer records and follow-up communicationsMeeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets on a consistent basisKeeping the showroom clean, organised and visually appealingStaying up to date with product knowledge, industry trends and competitive offeringsProviding feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends and potential improvementsWhat we're looking forProven experience in a showroom or retail sales environment, ideally within the home improvement, building materials, or construction industryStrong sales abilities with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer typesProduct knowledge or the ability to quickly learn technical specifications and features of windows and doors systemsProficiency in using computer systems, point-of-sale software and CRM toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational and time management skillsA professional appearance and mannerReliability and commitment to delivering consistent resultsWillingness to participate in ongoing product training and professional developmentWhat we offerBRADNAMS WINDOWS & DOORS is committed to supporting the professional growth and wellbeing of our team members.
