Working independently during after-hours operations, you'll help ensure the hospital remains safe, functional, and compliant for patients, visitors, and staff.Responsibilities include:General building maintenance and handyman dutiesBasic carpentry, patching, painting, plaster repairs, and minor building worksMaintenance of doors, ceilings, partitions, fixtures, and finishesResponding to urgent maintenance requests and breakdownsConducting building inspections and preventative maintenance tasksSupporting compliance and asset maintenance programsCoordinating specialist contractors when requiredMaintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer serviceAbout YouWe're looking for a practical,
