As a Personal Care Worker, you are helping care for our independent residents by adding value to their daily routines.
Enable our residents to live life to the fullest through the provision of:Personal careCompanionshipShoppingOccasional ad hoc dutiesNo two days are the same as your schedule will involve visiting multiple Ryman independent apartment residents throughout the week within our beautiful villages!

In addition we are looking for:Certificate III/IV in Ageing support or Certificate III in Individual SupportPrevious experience working with elderly / in a client centric roleKindness in your DNA.
You must be empatheticBe resilient - some days are challengingOutstanding communication skills.
