A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Paralegal to join a well-regarded government legal team on a temporary contract.
Working closely with a fabulous team of lawyers, you will assist with a range of conveyancing and property matters, managing files from commencement through to completion.
Key responsibilities
Residential conveyancing and property transactionsPreparing and lodging Land Titles documentationDrafting contracts, correspondence and legal documentsManaging searches, settlements and file administrationAssisting with probate applicationsLiaising with clients and external stakeholders
About you
Previous conveyancing experience is essentialExperience using PEXA is also essentialStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to manage competing deadlines and work autonomously
Please note that this role is full time hours - no part time options will be considered.
