What we are looking for:Trade Qualified Service Technician, with experience specific to agricultural machinery1-2 years of agricultural machinery experience is desirableSound fault finding and diagnostic skills with a willingness to learn technologyAbility and willingness to work on and maintain a wide range of machineryDedicated to continual learning with a genuine interest in delivering results to our customersCandidates with John Deere and/or agricultural experience is highly regarded but not essentialAustralian work rights and valid driver licence is requiredResponsibilities:Include, but are not limited to:Maintaining excellent relationships with customers by ensuring a high level of service and repair work carried out at all timeCompleting diagnostics, repairs and service on John Deere machinery and other agricultural equipment including tractors, balers and harvesters to the highest standard with no or minimal reworkComplete all documentation as required in conjunction with work assignmentsAccurate and detailed completion of timecards to ensure costs associated with the service/repair are allocated accordinglyAchieve high labour performance targets of 85% and aboveFollow any reasonable request to undertake other areas of work and/or trainingWe believe in making it easy for customers, so they can focus on what they do best.
