This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a service's journey right from day one, helping shape its culture, curriculum, and community.About the RoleAs a Room Leader, you will take the lead in planning, implementing, and delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences for children in your chosen room.
You'll mentor and guide a small team of educators, while building strong relationships with children and families from the very start of our service's story.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning and delivery of age-appropriate curriculum in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Mentor, guide and support a team of educators within your roomBuild genuine, trusting relationships with children and familiesMaintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
