nurturing and engaging environment for our children.Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with a genuine willingness to contribute to our service and continue developing professionally.Our centre operates from 7:00am–6:00pm, so applicants must be available to work rostered shifts within these operating hours.Child Safety Is Our PriorityAt Cudgegong PCC, the safety, rights and wellbeing of every child are paramount.We are committed to creating and maintaining a strong child-safe culture where every educator understands their responsibility to protect children, recognise and respond to concerns, maintain qualified boundaries and actively contribute to an environment where children feel safe, respected and heard.As part of our child-safe recruitment process, successful applicants will be required to participate in child-safety-focused interview and referee checks and meet all current regulatory requirements.Essential CriteriaTo be considered for this position, you will need:Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards diploma, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualificationCurrent NSW Working With Children CheckCurrent First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications as required for the roleCurrent approved Child Protection TrainingCompletion of,
