This position would suit anyone who is culturally sensitive and willing to explore how to bring the historic gospel into a new missional context.ROLEGather the young adults of our church and grow a ministry that disciples them towards maturity in Jesus and engages them in His missionEstablishing a hospitality cultureEstablishing a small group networkSeek and mentor leaders from among the Young Adults who will share in this ministry and other ministries of our churchSupport the Rector to plant and pastor a new congregation to reach the young adults of our area (particularly immigrant workers *****yrs in the outer inner west)Membership MinistryGrow and Direct the Membership Ministry of our church by establishing and growing teams who will joyfully welcome,
