Showroom Sales Consultant - Joinery | $100k-$130k+ OTE | Mandarin & EnglishAEON Homes is a design-led custom joinery studio creating premium kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, doors and wall panelling for high-end Australian homes.From our 400 m2 showroom at Home HQ Artarmon, we run a complete design-manufacture-installation model, backed by our own manufacturing base and Australia-China design and production network.The roleWe are looking for a confident and commercially minded Showroom Sales Consultant to join our Artarmon team.You will welcome clients into our showroom, understand their renovation and custom joinery needs, introduce suitable products and finishes, follow up enquiries, and guide clients from their initial consultation through to signed agreement and production deposit.This role is ideal for someone who already understands the whole-home custom joinery, kitchen, wardrobe or cabinetry industry and enjoys building relationships, presenting solutions and closing sales.One rostered weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week, as weekends are a key showroom consultation periodBased at our Home HQ Artarmon showroomQualified showroom enquiries and sales opportunities providedWhat you'll doWelcome and consult with residential clients in our showroomUnderstand each client's renovation plans, budget, style and functional requirementsPresent our kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, doors, wall panelling, materials and finishesExplain AEON Homes' design, manufacturing and installation processBuild strong relationships with clients and maintain consistent follow-upWork with our designers to turn client requirements into suitable design and joinery solutionsPrepare and present quotations, product selections and sales proposalsHandle client questions and objections professionallyGuide clients through design approval, contract signing and payment of the production depositMaintain accurate client notes,



follow-up activities and sales progress in the company CRMCoordinate with our design, production and installation teams in Australia and ChinaMeet individual sales and conversion targets while maintaining a high standard of customer serviceWhat you'll bringMinimum 1 year's sales experience in a whole-home customisation, kitchen, wardrobe, cabinetry, furniture or interior showroomProfessional fluency in both Mandarin and English, spoken and writtenA good understanding of custom joinery products, materials, finishes and the residential renovation processStrong face-to-face communication, presentation and relationship-building skillsConfidence following up enquiries, presenting quotations and asking for the saleA professional appearance and a warm, service-focused approachStrong organisation and attention to detailA results-driven mindset with the ability to work toward sales targetsAbility to collaborate effectively with designers, project teams and production teamsFull Australian working rights, or a temporary visa with full time work rightsExperience with high-end residential clients, CRM systems, quoting software or reading basic floor plans will be highly regarded.What we offer$70,000-$80,000 base salary + super, depending on experienceCommission calculated at 3% of the commissionable order valueThe commissionable order value is the net contract value excluding GST, freight and installation - calculated as 80% of the net contract value (ex-GST) for simplicityRealistic OTE of $100,000-$130,000+, depending on performanceQualified enquiries and opportunities from our premium Artarmon showroomA high-quality product range covering complete whole-home custom joinerySupport from our experienced design, production and installation teamsEnd-to-end industry exposure across our Australia-China design and manufacturing networkGenuine career growth as the business expands
