Belgravia Arts is a newly established private enterprise that currently owns and runs a collection of dance and training academies in Victoria.
We are looking for an amazing Studio Manager in a permanent part-time capacity to run our thriving Torquay studio - Torquay Dance Academy.
This role exists to manage the operational requirements of the school to ensure a protected, vibrant and high-quality environment for our students, teachers and parents.
This role will involve some evening work and the occasional weekend.Dance experience and knowledge is very important, but not necessary.
This is a permanent part-time leadership role and requires experience working with children and managing a business.Key ResponsibilitiesOperationalOverall management & accountability of running of the venue,



staff & studentsManage and oversee all OHS requirements, policies & proceduresManagement of all external vendorsManagement of communication between parents, students & teachersManagement of staff, HR requirements & performanceManagement of invoicing & tuition collectionUniform management- sales, re-ordering and stock managementEvent Management & MarketingOverall management of event planning - concerts, school events, performances, competitions, holiday programs in conjunction with program leadsOverall management of marketing calendar/plan and budget
