and Special General MeetingsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with committees and lot ownersCoordinating maintenance works, contractors, and compliance requirementsManaging insurance claims and building defect matters where requiredConducting site inspections across metropolitan MelbourneEnsuring compliance with the Owners Corporations Act and relevant legislationAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an Owners Corporation Manager in VictoriaStrong knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act **** and associated regulationsExcellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative teamWhat's in it for You?
