Insurance Building Estimator | Brisbane | Company Vehicle + Career GrowthADB Constructions Pty Ltd Brisbane & South East Queensland Competitive Salary + Vehicle Allowance/Company Vehicle + Career Growth Full Time PositionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Building Estimator to join our team servicing Brisbane and surrounding areas.This is a fantastic opportunity for an estimator who enjoys being on the road, meeting clients, investigating building damage, preparing detailed scopes, and playing a key role in helping property owners restore their homes and properties after unexpected events.About the RoleAs an Insurance Building Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing damage, preparing detailed repair scopes and estimates, and liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, trades and property owners.You will have the support of an experienced administration and project management team while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own workload and appointments.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct residential, commercial and strata site inspectionsAssess damage resulting from storm, water, impact and other insured eventsPrepare detailed repair scopes and building estimates using industry softwareIdentify required trades and repair methodologiesLiaise with insurers, loss adjusters and internal project teamsProvide professional service and clear communication to customersMaintain accurate job records,



photographs and reportsAssist with variations and supplementary claims where requiredEnsure compliance with building regulations and industry standardsWhat We're Looking ForEssentialBuilding industry experience in estimating, supervision or constructionStrong knowledge of residential construction methods and repair processesAbility to accurately assess building damage and repair requirementsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsCurrent Driver LicenceAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsHighly RegardedPrevious insurance repair estimating experienceExperience using Xactimate, Prime Ecosystem, CoreLogic or similar softwareQBCC Trade Qualification or Builder LicenceExperience in residential, commercial or strata repairsInsurance building or restoration industry experienceWhy Join ADB Constructions?
