Based in Fairfield, you'll join a close-knit finance team supporting a busy and established operation.The RoleThis is a hands‐on Accounts Officer position with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, while also providing support across Accounts Receivable and general finance administration.High-volume processing of supplier invoices using MYOBPreparing payment runs, schedules and ABA filesSupplier statement reconciliations and resolving account queriesManaging payment terms, approvals and supporting documentationDaily banking and account reconciliationsAssisting with customer invoicing and debtor follow-upOperational reconciliations including fuel,



tolls and reimbursementsSupporting month-end processes and inter companyinvoicingResponding to supplier and customer account enquiriesGeneral finance administration and support to the wider teamThe CandidateWe're looking for an experienced Accounts Officer who enjoys being hands‐on and takes pride in keeping things accurate and organised.To be successful, you will ideally have:MYOB experiencePrevious exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableGood reconciliation and problem‐solving skillsConfidence dealing directly with suppliers and customersThe ability to follow up outstanding items via phone and emailStrong attention to detail and a reliable, team‐focused approachThe BenefitsFairfield location with on-siteparkingSupportive and established finance teamLong-term chance within an essential services businessSalary Circa $85k + superGrowing Australian business
