You'll be accountable for creating an incredible in-store experience, fostering a strong team culture aligned to Nakedvice values, and driving performance across all areas of the store.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on customer connection, people development and commercial results.PURPOSE OF THE ROLEThe Boutique Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional, customer-centred experiences, building a high-performing team, and driving sustainable growth.
This role brings Nakedvice's brand, values and commercial goals to life on the shop floor, while acting as a key connection point between the boutique and Head Office.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional, customer-centred experience that builds brand loyalty and drives growthOwn the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including stock management, store presentation and staff rosteringPartner closely with the Head Office team to identify sales opportunities,



share insights and problem-solve ways to drive performanceConduct seasonal stocktakes and ensure accurate stock controlImplement visual merchandising guidelines and promotional changes to a high standardProvide regular feedback to Head Office on store operations, customer insights and opportunities for improvementCoach, develop and performance-manage team members to build capability, confidence and accountabilityEnsure performance plans, regular feedback and check-ins are conducted in a way that makes team members feel supported, valued and recognisedBuild and maintain a strong VIP customer base, ensuring VIP relationships are nurtured by the whole teamEnsure effective onboarding and training of new team members to set them up for success from day oneWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORStrong experience building and managing exceptional customer experiences in a fashion retail environment2+ years' experience as a retail managerA strong alignment with Nakedvice values, and the ability to bring them to life in a boutique environmentA commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints, ensuring the in-store experience reflects the Nakedvice brand at every momentProven ability to lead, coach and develop a retail team to deliver strong performanceSolid understanding of retail systems (Shopify Plus preferred)Experience with digital rostering systems is advantageousExcellent time management skills, with the ability to balance competing prioritiesA confident communicator who can collaborate effective with Head OfficeAvailability to work SaturdaysWHY NAKEDVICE?
