If you bring a great attitude and strong work ethic, we'll provide full training to set you up for success.The RoleWhat You'll Be DoingAs an Electrodry Technician, you'll be trained to deliver a wide range of professional home services, including:Carpet and upholstery cleaningMattress cleaningAir-conditioner cleaningWood floor refinishing, floor sanding and other specialist services (once qualified)Delivering outstanding customer serviceRecommending additional services when appropriateUsing and maintaining professional equipmentCompleting daily paperwork and processing paymentsTraining & Career DevelopmentNo experience is required — full training is provided from day one, with ongoing development in specialist areas such as:Wood floor refinishingTile and grout cleaningMould decontaminationElectrodry offers genuine long-term career opportunities,



with explicit pathways to progress from Technician to Trainer and into Territory Operations Management roles.What We're Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you'll need:A current Australian manual driver's licenceStrong communication skillsAttention to detailA reliable, can-do work ethicBackgrounds in carpentry, maintenance, hospitality, or sales are highly regarded — but not essential.Pay, Perks & BenefitsTraining rate: $34 per hour + commissions & bonusesapplicable from your thrid week in the jobQualified Technician rate: $35/$36 per hour + commissions & bonusesExpected earnings once qualified: $1,500–$1,900 per week + superCompany vehicle provided for travel to and from workCommission and bonuses paid on work completed, customer satifaction scores and additonal bookingsOptional Saturday work available to boost your incomeReady to Get Started?
