This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes wine, loves creating memorable guest experiences, and thrives in a fast-paced premium dining environment.As Sommelier, you will work closely with our leadership team to deliver an exceptional guest experience across service.
This role requires someone highly organised, detail‐oriented, and proactive, with the ability to confidently manage wine ordering, maintain stock control, and stay on top of cellar operations in a fast‐paced environment.
You'll guide guests through our wine list, drive beverage sales, and utilise multiple systems and technology platforms to support seamless service while helping shape the overall experience.Key responsibilities include:Curating memorable wine and beverage experiences for guestsProviding confident wine recommendations and pairingsMaintaining and managing wine stock, storage,



and presentationAssisting with wine list development and supplier relationshipsTraining and mentoring floor staff on wine knowledge and service standardsDelivering exceptional guest engagement and premium table serviceSupporting the team during busy periods to run a sectionWhat we are looking for:Previous Sommelier experience with large wine listsStrong knowledge of local and international winesWSET qualifications or equivalent highly regardedExceptional communication and guest engagement skillsPassion for hospitality and creating elevated dining experiencesAbility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidaysConfident using workplace software and digital systemsWhy you'll love working for us?
