Commercial Litigation Lawyer (2 Years PAE up to Special Counsel levels available)A well-established multi-practice law firm is seeking an Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join its commercial litigation team based in Brisbane.The firm has built a strong reputation over time and continues to see sustained growth, with a consistently busy commercial disputes practice handling matters across multiple jurisdictions.The RoleYou will step into an active litigation team with an existing pipeline of work, handling a broad mix of commercial and civil disputes from early-stage matters through to complex Supreme Court proceedings.The work includes:Business, shareholder and partnership disputesContract and construction litigationProperty and leasing disputesTrust and estate disputesDefamation and regulatory mattersInsolvency and recoveryYou will run matters end-to-end (subject to your experience level), advise clients on strategy and risk, and operate with a high level of autonomy within a capable team.
