This isn't just another admin role – it's a chance to be on the floor where things happen, where teamwork drives results, and where your hard work shows at the end of every shift.ResponsibilitiesPreparing and managing daily truck manifests and despatch documentationResponding to general despatch enquiries from internal stakeholdersManaging incoming calls and assisting with operational coordinationCommunicating customer and operational issues across relevant departmentsPreparing operational reports and performance data for managementSupporting safety, compliance and quality auditsMaintaining accurate records and administration systemsMonitoring outstanding documentation and following up required actionsSupporting driver onboarding and induction administrationEnsuring compliance with company policies and workplace safety requirementsIdentifying process gaps and supporting continuous improvement initiativesGeneral housekeeping dutiesStrict adherence to critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environmentAbout youYou are a proactive administrator who enjoys working in a busy operational environment and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.You will ideally have:Previous experience in logistics, transport, warehouse or manufacturing administrationStrong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detail and data accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelExperience preparing reports and maintaining operational recordsThe ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesA collaborative approach and strong customer service mindsetExperience working within a safety-focused environmentExperience with transport, freight, warehouse management or ERP systems will be highly regarded.Life at Stratco includes...Holistic Wellness and Mental Health Support24/7 EAP to team members and familyFlexible Working ArrangementsTeam Member DiscountsProfessional Development and Career GrowthCompetitive RemunerationPositive Workplace Culture and InclusionAt Stratco, manufacturing is our foundation, but our people are our future.
