Reporting to the People & Performance Business Partner, you will support recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, HRadministrationand people-focused initiatives.
Working closely with leaders and employees across manufacturing,logistics,retailand corporate teams, you will help deliver a positive employee experience and contribute to a supportive workplace culture.RESPONSIBILITIES:Supporting recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate communication and interview coordinationCoordinating onboarding and offboarding processes and general people administrationMaintaining employee records and HR systemsPreparing employment documentation and correspondenceResponding to employee and manager enquiriesSupporting reporting, projects and employee engagement initiativesProviding general administration support and occasional reception coverageABOUT YOU:To be successful in this role, you will have:Experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination,



office administration or a similar support roleStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationshipsIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and ExcelA professional, proactive and confidential approach to your workA genuine interest in building a career in Human ResourcesExperience working within manufacturing,logistics, warehousing, construction,tradesor other operational environments will be highly regarded.Qualifications or studies in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline are desirable.This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday from our Ormeau site.Why Join Stratco?
