This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to contribute to our manufacturing operations in Capalaba, QLD.
In this dual-function role, you'll work across fabrication and general manufacturing duties, playing a vital role in the production of high-quality furniture components and assemblies.
This position offers job security and career progression within a growing manufacturing operation, whilst allowing you to build on your technical expertise in a dynamic environment.Key responsibilitiesFabricate and manufacture furniture components using various materials and techniques in accordance with specifications and quality standardsOperate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, including welding equipment, cutting tools, and other manufacturing machineryRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accuracy in manufacturing processesPerform welding tasks where applicable, ensuring strong, high-quality welds that meet industry standardsConduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to identify and rectify any defects or inconsistenciesMaintain a clean, organised and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulationsCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and targetsMaintain equipment through regular cleaning,
