We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our growing Orange team.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building strong relationships and wants to develop their career within a supportive, high-performing team.About the Role As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while ensuring properties and tenancy matters are managed efficiently and professionally.You'll be part of a collaborative property management team, working alongside experienced and passionate Property Managers and reliable Property Officers.Our team values communication, teamwork and supporting one another to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a residential property portfolio from end to endBuild and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractorsConduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections and prepare detailed reportsCoordinate maintenance, repairs and contractorsManage lease renewals, rent reviews,



arrears and general tenancy mattersMaintain accurate property records and ensure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislationPrepare documentation for NCAT matters when requiredConduct rental appraisals and contribute to portfolio growthDeliver exceptional customer service while representing the Belle Property brandAbout YouPrevious experience in residential property managementA current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (or higher)Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislationExcellent communication, organisation and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA proactive, solutions-focused approachExperience with property management software such as PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Tapi is highly regardedA professional presentation and positive, can-do attitudeWhy Belle Property Orange?
