If you're a Property Claims Consultant looking to move into a more technical, field-based role, this is your chance to transition into Loss Adjusting, with support, development, and a clear career pathway.
At CHU, we don't just offer jobs, we seek to build technical experts and future industry leaders.This position is designed for claims professionals who are ready to:Move from managing claims to owning investigations end-to-endBuild on-site assessment and technical expertiseDevelop into a fully qualified Loss AdjusterYou'll gain exposure to complex strata, commercial, and catastrophe claims, while working alongside experienced adjusters and specialists who will mentor you along the way.

What your new job looks like:Conduct on-site property assessments, identifying cause, extent, and impact of lossWork closely with builders, engineers, and stakeholders to understand damage and recovery optionsStrengthen your skills in policy interpretation and coverage decisionsInvestigate claims thoroughly, gathering evidence to support indemnity and recovery decisionsFormulating scope of worksManage claims through to fair and timely settlementContribute to improving customer experience and assessment processesWe'd love to meet you....
