You will join our growing team who are dedicated to providing accommodation booking solutions for our remote locations across Australia.The PositionBooking travel and accommodation requests for our customers across various FIFO rostersLiaising with relevant travel and accommodation stakeholders,



including airport and camp managementData entry of customer information into multi-platform softwareResponsible for answering telecommunications and email communication in a timely mannerProviding exceptional customer service to our customers and clientsThe PersonPrevious experience working within the travel and accommodation industry is essentialExperience booking and coordinating FIFO travel is highly regardedExperience using INX, SAMs, Avantik, Service Now or SerkoPrevious experience in a facilities management service environment highly regardedAbility to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings and weekends on a rotating rosterGood diagnostic skills and the ability to problem solveStrong verbal and written communicationBenefitsYou will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
