We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Officer to join our Dandenong South team.This is a varied role that combines customer service & sales administration.
We are looking for someone who understands the signage and printing industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.About the RoleAs our Customer Service & Sales Support Officer, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while supporting our Sales and Production teams.
You'll prepare and follow up quotations, process customer orders, liaise with customers and pre-production staff, and ensure accurate job information is maintained.
This is a busy, hands-on role that requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via phone,
