You'll thrive in this role if you have the heart for care and the practical skills to deliver it safely and professionally.A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent, or be actively working toward completionExperience in residential aged care or a similar care environmentCompetence in personal care tasks including showering, grooming, mobility and manual handlingA strong commitment to person-centred care, dignity and resident choiceGood communication skills and the ability to build warm, trusting relationshipsThe ability to work independently and as part of a supportive teamReliability and flexibility, with availability to meet the roster requirementsBasic computer skills to complete documentation and follow care plansA positive, respectful and empathetic approach to residents,
