Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll assist with the safe handling, movement,



and processing of cargo while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.Service DeliveryPerform basic freight handling and operational tasksAssist in loading, unloading, and movement of freightOperate non-airside equipment (non-aircraft AAF only)Support higher-level operators in daily operationsParticipate in training and development programsUse basic communication and computer systemsStandards, Compliance and SafetyFollow all company safety procedures and instructionsMaintain compliance with operational and regulatory requirementsReport hazards and incidents promptlyWork under supervision to ensure safe task completionDesired Skills and ExperienceSkills and Experience RequiredA valid Australian Driver's LicenceAbility to obtain and hold a valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)Ability to obtain and hold a valid Airside Driving Authority (ADA)Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication skillsCompetent in the operational requirements of Ground Handling (ideal)Working understanding of the Aviation IndustryExcellent organisation and time management skills to ensure safe and compliant operations with schedule pressuresStrong ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
