As a Baker, you will play a vital role in the production of our high-quality baked goods, contributing to the overall success of our business.
This is a full-time position based in our Frankston bakery.What you'll be doingPreparing, mixing, and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and specificationsEnsuring the consistent quality and appearance of baked productsMaintaining a clean and organised work area to meet food safety and hygiene standardsCollaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvementsAssisting with the stocking and replenishment of baked goods in the retail areaProviding excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiriesWhat we're looking forFormal qualifications in baking or a related field, such as a Certificate III in BakingDemonstrated experience as a Baker,
