Someone who will make the most of sales opportunities, develop strong industry relationships and take an active interest in where the business is heading.Timber flooring plays an important role in how a space looks and feels, helping bring the overall design together.
Across our Norwood and Somerton Park showrooms, we offer a carefully selected collection of high quality flooring products.This isn't purely a showroom sales position.
You'll guide clients through their flooring selection, visit homes and building sites to complete measures, prepare quotations and coordinate projects through to completion.The RoleYou'll be a key point of contact for clients, helping them make informed decisions while ensuring the details of their project are properly managed.Your day-to-day will include:Leading client conversations and guiding timber flooring selectionsUnderstanding each client's needs and recommending suitable productsVisiting homes and building sites to complete accurate onsite measuresReading and interpreting architectural plansProducing accurate and detailed quotationsCoordinating materials, contractors and installation schedulesManaging project communication by phone and emailBuilding relationships with homeowners,



builders and designersMaintaining a high standard across the showroom and overall client experienceIdentifying opportunities to increase sales and grow the businessWhat You'll BringIdeally, you'll have experience across sales and project coordination within flooring, construction, interiors or a related industry.We're also open to a strong salesperson with building industry experience who is organised, confident with clients and interested in learning the technical and project coordination aspects of the role.You will:Communicate clearly and professionallyBuild strong relationships with clientsTake responsibility and follow things throughBe organised and comfortable managing multiple tasksHave robust attention to detailBe commercially minded and motivated by resultsWork effectively within established systems and processesBe enthusiastic about developing opportunities and growing the businessExperience reading plans, measuring, quoting or coordinating trades will be highly regarded but training can be provided for the right person.A current driver's licence is required.Why Join Us?
