This role will support the team in planning, managing and supervising labour, vehicle production and facilities, to ensure that processing operations run effectively and efficiently.This role is suitable for someone who has previous experience in handling Yard vehicle movements and leading a team.What you will do:Resource management in line with processing forecastsAllocate labour in line with daily vehicle arrivals/departures; supervise and plan vehicle despatchManage and monitor operational areas performance levels to ensure teams are meeting product and quality KPI'sWork flow of Arrivals, Despatch, Preservation and associated areas on a daily basisLeadership of site processing teams, and identifying training and skills needsMaintain the employee training record and Processing Skills MatrixOverseeing appropriate safety, quality and behavioural standards, identifying and correcting any OH&S; issuesPromote a high-performance, continuous improvement team culture with a focus towards Safety,
