and industrial developments.QualificationsExperience with development applications and project coordinationA working knowledge of planning regulations and legislation relevant to QueenslandExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and government agenciesProficiency in report writing, preparing proposals, and project management techniquesAbility to work independently and meet deadlines for multiple projectsExperience with residential, commercial, and industrial projects is highly desirableA bachelor's degree in Town Planning or a related fieldFull working rights in Australia and a valid driver's license
