We support people with a range of disabilities to live the lives they choose from personal care at home to community participation and life skills development.As a Disability Support Worker, you will work directly with NDIS participants, building genuine, trusting relationships while supporting them to achieve the goals outlined in their NDIS plans.
You will be guided by our experienced coordination team and have access to ongoing training and supervision.This is a casual position with the prospect to build regular shifts.
We are looking for people who are reliable, caring, and committed to delivering support that is respectful, person-centred, and aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist participants with personal care, hygiene, grooming, and dressingSupport community access, social participation, and recreational activitiesAssist with meal preparation, domestic tasks, and household managementImplement participant support plans accurately and consistentlyMaintain clear, accurate progress notes and incident reports in line with NDIS requirementsLiaise professionally with participants,



families, and the coordination teamAdhere to all Angels Care policies, NDIS Code of Conduct, and safeguarding obligationsRequired Qualifications & ChecksCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)Current First Aid & CPR certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent)Valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicleSmartphone capable of using digital rostering and reporting toolsRight to work in AustraliaPreferred Skills & ExperienceCertificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalentPrevious experience supporting people with disability, mental health, or complex needsExperience working within an NDIS-registered providerBilingual skills particularly Arabic, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or other community languagesAbout Angels CareAngels Care Pty Ltd (ABN **************) is a registered NDIS provider delivering compassionate, person-centred disability support across Western Sydney and New South Wales.
