We're looking for a Claims Officer to join a collaborative Insurance Operations team, supporting a diverse range of public sector and community organisations.
It is a contract role through to end of June ****.In this role, you will provide general insurance advice and client support, ensuring clients maintain appropriate cover and receive timely, accurate responses to their enquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to client insurance enquiries via phone and emailSupport policy administration including renewals, endorsements and new policiesMaintain accurate client and policy records in internal systemsAssist with the annual renewal process and other operational activitiesWork closely with internal teams across claims,
