MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a well-established specialist insurance services business to recruit a Desktop Loss Adjuster.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team where you'll manage a diverse portfolio of property claims while developing your technical expertise in loss adjusting.This role is Brisbane based, however applications from experienced candidates located interstate who are seeking a remote opportunity are encouraged.The OpportunityWorking closely with experienced loss adjusters and leadership, you will be responsible for progressing property claims from initial assessment through to settlement.
You'll investigate claims, review policy coverage, liaise with key stakeholders and prepare high-quality reports, ensuring exceptional service is delivered throughout the claims process.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of desktop property insurance claims from allocation through to settlementReview policy coverage, repair quotations, invoices, photographs and supporting documentationInvestigate claim circumstances, determine cause of loss and assess quantumLiaise with insurers, brokers, insureds, builders, contractors and suppliersCoordinate supplier appointments and gather information to progress claims efficientlyPrepare detailed reports,
