Your primary focus is to support our Aplace Wholesale Business in completing H&L; Packages for our Business Development team.
Your primary focus is to support our Aplace Victoria Business in continuing to network and build strong relationships with developers and land agents across Metropolitan and Regional Victoria.Our Aplace Business is growing fast and the chance for this person to drive the brand and outcomes with full support is exciting.Reporting to the Victorian Sales Manager - (Aplace Victoria) your responsibilities will include;Prepare House & Land Packages for the sales team - primary functionManage House and Land packages and publish to websites and portalsUnderstanding of the regulations and covenants throughout Victorian Estates.Working with Business Development Managers and Acquisition Manager to secure exclusives opportunities.Working collaboratively with the team in order to put together and manage a rapidly moving stocklist and agent specific package requests.General admin support for the sales teamAbout you:At Glenvill we believe quality is an attitude not an outcome.Previous experience in a similar role within the residential construction Industry (highly desirable).
