You'll begin by assisting our experienced Property Managers with administration and leasing, with the chance to progress into managing your own small portfolio as your confidence and experience grow.

About the Role
Initially, you'll play an integral role in supporting our Property Management team while learning every aspect of the industry.
As your knowledge and confidence develops, you'll gradually take on more responsibility, with the goal of managing a small portfolio of your own.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to our Property ManagersProcessing tenancy applications and updating the portfolio managersManaging the tenantenquiries databaseConducting open homes and leasing inspectionsOrganising tenant key handoversPreparing and uploading online property advertisementsAssisting with routine property management tasks and complianceLearning all aspects of residential property management through hands-on experience
About You
We're looking for someone who has a genuine interest in property management and is ready to build a long-term career within the industry.
You'll ideally have:
A basic understanding of property management or previous experience in a real estate officeExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organisational skills with great attention to detailThe ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentA positive attitude and willingness to learnConfidence working both independently and as part of a teamA current driver's licenceReal Estate Certificateor willingness to obtain (note, this is compulsory)
