We are seeking Greek-speaking Support Workers and Home Care Employees for multiple locations on a casual basis, to support clients who speak Greek as their first or preferred language.
We value reliability, empathy, cultural understanding, and a strong work ethic.Successful candidates will be employed under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry (SCHADS) Award.We are currently looking for:Locations: Viewbank (SIL)Kilsyth (SIL)Port Melbourne (SIL)Mornington (SIL)Clyde and Clyde North (SIL)Cranbourne (SIL)Mentone (Private residence)Pakenham (Private residence)Tullamarine (Private residence)Responsibilities:Direct Support: Assist clients with basic daily living activities as directed by senior staff or individual support plans, communicating in Greek where requiredCommunity Participation: Accompany clients on pre-planned community outingsSafety & Compliance: Follow established Health and Safety protocols and report any immediate risks or incidents to the supervisorProfessional Development: Mandatory attendance at all scheduled training sessions,
