This 200-place service has a strong team, great company culture, and is backed by a strong provider with exceptional industry knowledge.There is a 2IC in place at the service to support you, so you'll have a strong second layer of leadership alongside you in the day-to-day running of the service.As Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service, working closely with the 2IC and your team to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operation of the serviceEnsure ongoing compliance across all areas of the National Quality Framework and relevant regulatory requirementsAssist with programming, rostering, and staff supervisionBuild strong relationships with children, families,
