Videographer & Content Creator (Part-Time)Enhance Education | Bankstown, NSWEnhance Education is a specialist HSC Biology tutoring centre that's growing fast.
We're looking for a social-media-native content creator to capture the energy of our centre and turn it into scroll-stopping short-form video.This is a camera-in-hand role.
You'll be on-site at our new premises filming student life, testimonials, events, vlogs, and behind-the-scenes content, then editing it into polished Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
We provide all the gear.This role starts as a hands-on production position (shooting, scripting, editing).
Over time, it will expand into broader marketing responsibilities as the team grows.
We're looking for someone who wants to start behind the camera and eventually own more of the content strategy.What you'll doShoot short-form video content on-site: student moments, tutor highlights, event coverage, centre vlogs, before-and-after transformationsEdit content into platform-ready posts (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)Work with editing tools (we'll train you on our preferred software, but previous experience with Premiere or CapCut is welcome)Film student testimonials and success storiesCapture content for campaigns: grand opening, graduation events etc.Collaborate with the founders on content direction and ideasMaintain a consistent visual style that matches our brandWorking hoursFlexible, approximately ***** hours/week.
Schedule varies based on shoot needs (classes, events, key moments).




Some weekend availability required since that's when students are in.
