This role requires a high level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage complex behaviours while maintaining a safe and nurturing workplace.You will be responsible for providing day-to-day care, implementing care plans, and supporting children with their developmental, emotional,



and behavioural needs.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and young peopleSupport daily routines including personal care, meals, education, and activitiesImplement individual care plans, behaviour support plans, and risk assessmentsManage challenging behaviours using approved strategies and de-escalation techniquesMaintain accurate documentation, incident reports, and progress notesWork collaboratively with families, case managers, and multidisciplinary teamsEnsure compliance with NDIS standards, Child Safety requirements, and organisational policies
