This is a 2IC to work alongside one of our store managers.
This is a second in charge role across the whole store, the shop floor and the stock room.
Availability required between Monday to Saturday 9am - 6pm Open and close the store, including end of day register close, cash handling and lock-up What you'll be doing Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service in store, over the phone and by emailOpening and closing the store, running the registers and handling cash, including end-of-day closeReceiving and checking off deliveries on delivery days,



and getting stock to the floorAssisting with stocktakes, inventory management and stock orderingPicking, packing and processing online ordersKeeping the store organised, well stocked and looking its best, including product displays and merchandisingTaking ownership of day to day tasks and jumping in wherever needed About you Ideally, you'll have previous experience in a similar role, strong attention to detail and the confidence to work independently.
You'll enjoy working in a busy workplace, taking ownership and being part of a team where everyone gets involved.
A genuine interest in cake decorating, bakingor dessert making helps - you'll be surrounded by it all day and our customers love talking about their projects.
Experience with it is a bonus, not a requirement.
